This innovative program seeks to facilitate the smooth transition of business ownership by matching aspiring young entrepreneurs with established business owners who are ready to retire. By providing structured training, support, and owner-financed sales, F.U.S.E. looks to ensure that local businesses remain in the area and continue to thrive under new leadership.
