Facilitating Unified Succession and Entrepreneurship

F.U.S.E.

The Facilitating Unified Succession and Entrepreneurship (F.U.S.E.) Program aims to bridge the gap between graduating students and retiring business owners in the Shreveport/Bossier area. This innovative program seeks to facilitate the smooth transition of business ownership by matching aspiring young entrepreneurs with established business owners who are ready to retire. By providing structured training, support, and owner-financed sales, F.U.S.E. looks to ensure that local businesses remain in the area and continue to thrive under new leadership.

To ensure the program's success and address the specific needs of our community, ArkLaTex Advisors is conducting an initial survey targeting local business owners and graduating students.

This survey will gather crucial data to assess the demand and feasibility of the F.U.S.E. program. By understanding the perspectives of both parties, we can tailor the program to maximize its impact and effectiveness.

The data collected will provide valuable insights into the potential participation rates, interest levels, and specific requirements of the business owners and students in our area. This foundational step is essential to develop a program that meets the needs of our community, fosters economic growth, and ensures the sustainability of local businesses.

If you are either a Shreveport/Bossier business owner or a recently graduated student, we welcome you to follow the link below to our initial survey.
